This is my mom's recipe. It is delicious. If you use too many bananas, it will make it difficult to fully cook and will stay uncooked in the middle.
Combine butter, sugar and grated rind until creamy. Beat in eggs, banana pulp, flour, baking powder and salt.
Bake ~~at; 350 degrees for 50 min to 1 hour.
Hint: Use Kitchen Aid to puree bananas.
