These are delicious because of the cloves and orange rind
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend flour, cloves and cinnamon in medium bowl. (Keep to the side)
In a large bowl, combine butter and orange rinds till soft. Add sugar slowly while beating. Beat in egg yolks.
Add the flour mixture in gradually.
CHILL AT LEAST 3 HOURS
Remove from refrigerator. Separate into 3 parts and roll out dough. Use plenty of flour to roll.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 7-9 minutes. Frost each cookie when cooled.
