Small blobs of meringue.
-Preheat the oven to 130C/110C fan oven.
-Mix together the icing and caster sugars.
-Place egg whites in a clean bowl and whisk until forming stiff, glossy peaks.
-Add sugar mixture one spoon at a time, whisking in between until solid forming peaks again.
-Spoon the mixture in to a freezer bag and cut off one corner to make a hole.
-Line up two baking trays with baking paper.
-Pipe out meringue in to blobs.
-Bake in the oven for 1hr30 to 2hrs.
