Baked Italian-style Meatballs
Original recipe makes 24 Servings
| 1 6-oz. pkg. stove top stuffing mix; chicken flavor |
| 2 poundslean ground beef |
| 1 1/4 cupswater |
| 1/2 cupegg beaters; or 2 eggs, beaten |
| 2 clovesgarlic; minced |
| 1/3 cupgrated parmesan cheese |
Baked Italian-style Meatballs Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
Shape into 24 meatballs, using a quarter-cup scoop. Place on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil or foil sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
Notes
Make a double batch and freeze some for later - they heat up nicely in a slow cooker on the low setting for a few hours.
