Baked Italian-style Meatballs Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
Shape into 24 meatballs, using a quarter-cup scoop. Place on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil or foil sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
Make a double batch and freeze some for later - they heat up nicely in a slow cooker on the low setting for a few hours.
