1 MediumOnion; Diced
1 Jalapeno; Diced
I Pkg. (8 oz.)Cream cheese; Softened
4 OuncesCheddar cheese; Grated
4 OuncesMozzerella cheese; Grated
1 JarSalsa

Cheese and salsa dip Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sauté onion and jalapeño.

Mix together all ingredients. Put in glass pie plate or small casserole.

Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Ingredient amounts can be tailored to your liking. I usually don't use a whole jar of salsa. I don't seed the jalapeño (the spicier the better!). Also black olives, black beans or whatever else you would want could be added. Enjoy!
