Don't kiss me garlic burgers Preparation
1. Using a food processor chop garlic, basil, pine nuts. With machine open, add approximately 0.5 cup olive oil.
2. Heat skillet and cook onion in olive oil.
3. Prepare beef, beef, red pepper, 1 tsp salt. Shape into 4 patties. Brush with 1 tsp olive oil and grill for 5 min.
4. Serve burgers with pesto, burger, onion and bun.
