Ready in 1 hour
I discovered this marinade and threw it on some wings one night for a quick dinner. The family went nuts for it and now want it every time I make wings!
"Yum yum! I really enjoyed this it was great. I made a couple of adjustments, I used hot sauce instead of chilli flakes because I wanted it spicy and fresh garlic instead of powder because I had none. I also used it on chicken breast strips that I grilled, instead of baked. Going on my favourite list! "- Harriet_arkle
Top-ranked recipe named "B's Sweet and spicy chicken marinade"
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Marinate chicken in mixture for about 30 minutes to an hour. Bake as normal.
This can also be used as an agent to coat chicken and bake right away.
Ksabelis 2 months agoI made this as written (light on the red pepper - toddlers eating) and loved it! It only had about 45 min to defrost while marinating and it was still very flavorful. Next time I'll marinate it longer for even more flavor. Definitely in the meal rotation!
