These are amazing every time I have coconut powder I make them! Everybody is crazy about them!!
In a saucepan, on medium heat, add water and sugar. Continuously whisking add the butter. Whisk until the butter melts. Take the saucepan off the oven, and add the milk powder and 2.5oz (80g) of coconut powder. Put into the fridge until it is firm. When it is firm, take a piece and make a circle. Put one chocolate chip in the middle, and roll it in to a ball. Roll the ball into some coconut powder. When you finish keep the raffaello into a fridge. Enjoy!
