Original recipe makes 12 Servings
3/4 cupmilk
2 Eggs
3 tablespoonsbutter
3 cupsbread flour
1/4 cupsugar
1 1/2 teaspoonssalt
1 1/2 teaspoonsactive dry yeast

Bread Machine Challah Preparation

Add ingredients to the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. (for Breadman, wet ingredients, then dry then yeast)

Select Basic Bread, 2 Pound Loaf and Light Crust settings.

Start.

Notes

Great for use as base for Bread Puddings - remember to leave our overnight to slightly "stale" the bread and absorb more custard.
