A nice buttery and sweet carrot dish.
"I loved these carrots. They had just enough sweetness to it. Unfortunately, none of my other dinner members agreed. They like raw carrots with ranch dressing, so they thought carrots and sweet was an odd combination (They're not a fan of carrot cake either). They have limited taste buds I want to make these for my mom tho. I know she'll appreciate a recipe like this!"- thirdsplease

In a medium saucepan, combine the baby carrots with remaining ingredients. Stir to blend ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and continue boiling (uncovered) for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until carrots are tender and the liquid has evaporated.
Makes a perfect side dish for turkey.

kormillionaire 2 months agoA favorite in my family, it is alternative to candy yams. Same flavors except I add a dash of nutmeg to spice it up a bit. This recipe go very well with meatloaf.

timgraham1 5 months agoDid not have baby carrots, so I just peeled and sliced some regular carrots. This recipe turned out to be nothing short of outstanding. Our weekly Wednesday Night Dinner crowd is not too keen on vegetables of any kind, but these were a big hit with them. Simple to make and all of the ingredients are already in our kitchen. Thanks for contributing.
amy_d_clark 8 months agoIt was great! I used the apple juice instead of the water and even my picky 3 year old loved it!
