Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1 mediumchicken breasts-boneless; chopped
1 envelopeLipton onion soup
1/4 cupolive or vegetable oil
1/2 tspgarlic powder
2 mediumpotatoes; chopped (about 1 lb)
2 mediumcarrots; sliced

Onion Roasted Chicken and Vegetables Preparation

Preheat oven to 450F

Mix all ingredients in bowl or bag

Spread mixed ingredients in a 13X9 inch pan

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Baste halfway through baking.
