Onion Roasted Chicken and Vegetables
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 1 mediumchicken breasts-boneless; chopped |
| 1 envelopeLipton onion soup |
| 1/4 cupolive or vegetable oil |
| 1/2 tspgarlic powder |
| 2 mediumpotatoes; chopped (about 1 lb) |
| 2 mediumcarrots; sliced |
Onion Roasted Chicken and Vegetables Preparation
Preheat oven to 450F
Mix all ingredients in bowl or bag
Spread mixed ingredients in a 13X9 inch pan
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Baste halfway through baking.
