|2 lbMeat; Steak, Chicken, Shrimp, Tofu|
|1/4 cupLime Juice|
|2 tablespoonsOlive Oil|
|2 tablespoonsGarlic; Roasted Crushed|
|2 teaspoonsSoy Sauce|
|1/2 teaspoonLiquid Smoke|
|1/2 teaspoonCayenne Pepper|
|1/2 teaspoonBlack Pepper Ground|
|1 Onion; Sliced|
|3 Bell Peppers - Green, Red, Yellow, Orange; Sliced|
|1 packageTortilla Shells|
|1 canRefried Beans|
|1 cupSour Cream|
|1 cupCheddar Cheese; Shredded|
In a large zip top plastic bag, mix together the lime juice, water, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and liquid smoke flavoring. Stir in cayenne and black pepper. Place desired meat in the marinade, freeze or refrigerate at least 2 hours to overnight. Grill/Broil until done. While grilling, prepare Vegetables: Slice in strips Onion & bell pepper. Seed tomatoes. Sauté over high heat until done. Season to taste. (Takes very little time, so you may want to wait until the meat is finished to throw the veggies on. That will give the meat time to rest as well.) Warm tortilla shells.
