3 tablespoonsOil
3 LbsPork Spareribs
3 tablespoonsSoy Sauce
3 tablespoonsHoney
3 ClovesGarlic
1/4 CupKetchup
2 tablespoonsBrown Sugar
2 tablespoonsMinced Onion
2 tablespoonsApricot Marmalade
2 tablespoonsCider Vinegar
2 tablespoonsDry Sherry
1 teaspoonHot Pepper Sauce

Sweet and Sour Spareribs (Fagor Pressure Cooker) Preparation

In a small bowl combine all the sauce ingredients.

Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and brown the ribs.

Pour off the oil, then stir in the sauce.

Close lid and bring to pressure. Cook for 15 Minutes.
