This is the easiest quiche recipe ever. Use bacon, mushrooms, broccoli or whatever you like.

Original recipe makes 6 Servings
12 slices bacon; cooked & crumbled; or 1 cup ham, cubed
1 cupshredded cheddar
1/3 cupchopped onion; optional
3/4 cupOriginal Bisquick
1 1/2 cupsmilk
3 eggs or eggbeaters
1/8 teaspoonpepper

Impossibly Easy Bacon Pie Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9-inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle bacon or ham, cheese and onion (if using) into pie plate.

In a medium bowl, beat remaining ingredients until blended; pour into pie plate.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Notes

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
