Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cuporzo
1 Tablespoonlemon juice
1 Tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
1 Tablespooncilantro leaves; finely chopped
2 Tablespoonsfresh parsley leaves; ; finely chopped
2 to 3 Tablespoons pesto
salt; and pepper to taste

Lemon Pesto Orzo Preparation

In a medium pot of boiling salted water, cook orzo according to package

directions. Drain pasta and transfer to a medium bowl. Add remaining

ingredients and toss to combine.
