Wonderful recipe...better than most restaraunts
Take the rack of ribs and slather yellow mustard on both sides,
Then cover liberally with the BBQ Rub mixture.
Lay in a piece of aluminum foil shiny side down and place in pan.
Lay another piece of foil on top of the ribs and fold edges and one end to seal but (loosely covered)
pour in marinade and liquid smoke
Cook on 250 deg for 3 hours...
remove and baste with your favoritew BBQ Sauce and place under broiler.
