mince in coriander
1) Wash and pick the fresh green coriander, keeping the leaves, with only the tender stems to get one cup of coarsely chopped fresh coriander.
2) Heat oil. Fry the onions till golden brown.
3) Add ginger and garlic and fry for a minute or so. Then add salt, tumeric and red chilli powders. Stir.
4) Add the mince. Stir and fry till the liquids dry up. Then add a little water and cook the mince. A few minutes before the mince is cooked through, add the coriander and green chillies. Add lemon juice and serve.
