Giblet Gravy
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 8 Servings
Giblet Gravy Preparation
Boil turkey neck, liver and gizzard until tender. Chip meat off of neck, chop liver and gizzard into small pieces. Make a gravy base with turkey broth, flour, cold water, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in chopped turkey pieces. Slice eggs and add just before serving.
Notes
Gravy may be supplemented with packaged turkey gravy mix.
