Original recipe makes 10 Servings
1/4 cupdijon mustard
8 tbsp (1 stick)butter
1/4 cuphoney
1 cupbread crumbs
1 cuppecans
5 tspparsley
2 lemons
1-2 lbsalmon filet
salt & pepper to taste
2 cupsbrown sugar

Pecan Crusted Salmon and Brown Sugar Preparation

Soak Cedar Plank for 1hr

1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, butter, honey & half the brown sugar. In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.

2.Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place on cedar plank. Brush with mustard-honey-brown sugar mixture. Cover the top of each fillet with bread crumb mixture and remaining brown sugar

3.Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until salmon just flakes when tested with a fork. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
