2 teaspoonBlackened steak seasoning
1 poundChicken breast
1 tablespoonOlive oil
2 tablespoonRice vinegar
2 tablespoonOlive oil
1/4 teaspoonCumin
Salt and pepper; to taste
1 Avocado; halved, seeded and chopped
2/3 cupPapaya; chopped
1/3 cupRed bell pepper; chopped
1/4 cupCilantro; chopped

Blackened chicken with avocado salsa Preparation

Preheat oven to 375? sprinkle both sides of chicken with blacken seasoning. In a large skillet, add 1 tbs oil and cook chicken until brown, bake about 15 mins or until chicken is 170?

For salsa, add rice vinegar, 2 tbs oil, cumin, salt and pepper. Add avocado, papaya, pepper and cilantro.
