I had to run back to the store to get sour cream - but boy was it worth the extra trip!"

I like to make a salsa mixture with this recipe. Two medium sized tomatoes, 1/2 red onion, 1/2 poblano pepper, 4 green onions, 1/2 habanero pepper, all diced. 1 teaspoon of cumin and a bit of lime juice. AWESOME!

Good recipe. Added cayenne pepper to the sour cream sauce for added punch.

We all liked this. I doubled the recipe since I have two teenage boys. We did not think there was too much garlic, and I doubled the cilantro in the marinade, as well as adding lots more of the chipotle peppers. Also made double the sour cream sauce. We used white corn tortillas which helps to keep the shrimp flavor prominent.
