2 piecest-bone steak
steak seasoning
2 sweet red peppers
2 yellow onions
aioli sauce
1 jalepeno
2 bunchescilantro
1 tbsplemon juice
2 tbspmayo

Steak Sandwich with Aioli Sauce Preparation

heat oven to 420 degrees

- season steak with your favorite steak seasoning and bake in the oven until cooked thru (about 20 mins for well)

heat griddle to about 300 degrees (if you dont have a griddle you can use a pan, heat to med heat)

- oil the griddle or add about 2 tbsp cooking oil to pan

- add the red peppers and onions

- lightly salt to sweat the onions and cook until onions are translucent a lightly brown and peppers are soft

Aioli Sauce

in a food processor add all ingriedents for ailoi sauce and blend until it all comes together (shouldnt be too watery)

Once steak is cooked take it out of the oven and let it rest for about 10-15 mins and cut into medium-thin strips. Remove the cooked peppers and onions and in the same pan or griddle heat up crusty toast bread. Spread a good amount of aioli sauce on toast bread, place steak over aioli and peppers and onions over steak.
