Ryan' Buffalo Burgers, Fries and Gree Beans Preparation

Buffalo Burgers:

•1lb Ground Buffalo meat

•1 Egg

•Couple dashes - Woshy souce

•¼C Reg Bread crumbs

•4TBS Chopped Parsley

•4 TBS Chopped Garlic

•Sea Salt

•Mix of shredded cheddar cheeses.

•Thin Oro wheat Hamburger/Sandwich buns for less bun and more meat.

Mix together ground meat, egg, bread crumbs with your hands. Divide meat into 4 hamburger patties. Sprinkle with a little Sea Salt. Try to make them as flat and round as you can.

Cook Hamburgers on one side. When you turn, top off the cooked side with a sprinkle of parsley and garlic. Take burgers off grill and immediately top with a small handful of shredded cheddar cheese.

Toppings: all are optional and can be served on side plate so people can add their own.

•Grilled portabella mushrooms – very yummy on top! They kids say no, but adults love.

•Mustard

•Lettuce

•Tomatoes

Fries:

•4-6 Large Potatoes

•4 TBS Parsely

•4 TBS Garlic

•Olive oil

Peal potatoes. Put them in cold water until you are ready to cut them. Cut into fries. Put cut fries back into water until you have cut the rest of the potatoes. Once all fries are cut, dry them really good with paper towels. Then place flat on baking pan – make sure they are not overlapping each other. Coat lightly with olive oil and cook at 350 degrees until they are browned. Pull out of oven and sprinkle with parsley and garlic and then put back in oven for a few more minutes. Serve hot.

Green Beans:

• Bundle Fresh Green beans

• 2 TBS Garlic

• Olive Oil

Put a little olive oil in skillet and mix in garlic until just a little brown. Add green beans and cook a couple minutes.
