From my Mom's recipe box, written on a 3x5 card. This is great for a hot summer day, quick and easy to make and tastes like a big fast food chain's chocolate frosty drink.

1 GallonChocolate Milk
1 ContainerCook Whip
1 CanSweetened Condensed Milk

Frosty Freeze Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a mixer and place into an ice cream freezer and run until frozen.
