|1 poundGround pork|
|1/3 cupPanko bread crumbs|
|1/4 cupScallion; white and light green parts sliced|
|1 tablespoonSoy sauce|
|1 tablespoonGinger; fresh minced|
|2 clovesGarlic; minced|
|1/2 cupBarbeque sauce|
|1/4 cupDuck sauce; sweet and sour or plum sauce|
|3 tablespoonHoisin sauce|
|1 bagSnow peas|
Asian Meatballs Preparation
Combine port, panko, scallions, egg, soy sauce, ginger, 1 tbs hoisin sauce and garlic in a bowl. Roll into 1 inch balls
Add meatballs to slow cooker that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Add meatballs
In a small bowl wisk together bbq sauce, plum sauce and hoisin sauce, with a little chicken or beef broth to thin out the sauce if cooking in a skillet. Pour over meatballs, stir to coat
Cover and cook 3 to 5 hours.
Serve over rice with scallions and snow peas.
