Combine port, panko, scallions, egg, soy sauce, ginger, 1 tbs hoisin sauce and garlic in a bowl. Roll into 1 inch balls
Add meatballs to slow cooker that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Add meatballs
In a small bowl wisk together bbq sauce, plum sauce and hoisin sauce, with a little chicken or beef broth to thin out the sauce if cooking in a skillet. Pour over meatballs, stir to coat
Cover and cook 3 to 5 hours.
Serve over rice with scallions and snow peas.
