Simple and Delicious Greek Salad Preparation
Dice tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
Toss in olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Sprinkle with feta cheese.
Done!
I like this salad just as it is, but of course there are lots of options! Add salt, pepper or other spices to taste, or any other ingredients you like (black olives, etc). I've also tried this with leaving the cucumbers and tomatoes in rounds and the red onion in nice big chunks and it was delicious.
