Chicken Crunch Salad

Quick and easy to make. Enjoy this as a main dish or without the chicken as a side salad. Makes a nice change from green salads. Our family enjoys this salad for lunch or a light dinner, often topping it with meat left-over from recent dinners, instead of using canned chicken.

Ingredients
| 1/2 headCabbage; chopped |
| 1 can (12 oz)Chicken |
| packageChowmein noodles |
| 1/2 cupAlmond; chopped |
| 2 tblspoonsSesame seeds; toasted |

| 1 cupOil |
| 3 tblspoonsVinegar |
| 2 tblspoonsSugar |
| 3 tblspoonsChicken Stock |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/2 teaspoonPepper |
Chicken Crunch Salad Preparation
Blend Dressing ingredients.
Toss Cabbage with dressing (go easy on the dressing, as little goes a long ways).
Top with chicken and other salad ingredients. Drizzle a little dressing on top.
Notes
We normally double the amount dressing made, as it keeps quite a while in the refrigerator. Can also freeze dressing � thaws in an hour or so.
Can make the dressing and prep cabbage and chicken advance, or the day before. However, the salad tends to get soggy if mixed and left over-night.
