Easy and tasty "sweet and sour" type sauce. Goes well with Chicken or Pork dishes. A jar of this makes a nice Holiday gift. Our Black Lab, Alfurd, was "helping" in the kitchen when we were experimenting with this recipe. While not a very discerning taste tester, he had us laughing so hard there seemed to be no better name for this sauce.
Blend all ingredients together until sauce is smooth. Use a small blender or a hand blender.
Store in refrigerator. Heat to serve.
White Wine Vinegar is used so as not to darken the light colored preserves. Use Balsamic vinegar when making this with dark colored fruit preserves (such as Cherry).
