1 cupfrozen raspberries
1 cuporange juice
1 containernon-fat strawberry yogurt
8 baby carrots
Handfulfresh spinach
2 tspflaxseed oil
2 scoopsvanilla protein powder

Combine all ingredients in blender with ice. Blend until smooth and serve.
