A great tasty and simple recipe for Talapia - easy and quick to make.
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or rub butter on the surface of the dish.
2. Rinse tilapia fillets with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Place fillets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle garlic, parsley and pepper.
4. Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork. Time anywhere between 20-30 mins.
