If you love Reubens lie I do, you will absolutely love this dip.

| 1 jar or canSauerkraut; rinsed and drained |
| 1 8 oz packageCream cheese; cubed |
| 2 cupsShredded swiss cheese |
| 1 3 oz packageDeli corned beef; chopped |
| 3 tablespoonPrepared Thousand Island Dressing |
| Snack crackers and/or rye bread |
Reuben Spread Preparation
In a 1 1/2 quart slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and cook for 2 hours or until cheeses are melted; stir to blend. Serve warm with bread or crackers. Yield is 3 1/2 cups.
Notes
Use the low fat versions of cheese and cream cheese to lower the calorie and fat counts. I do like to use the full fatted version of 1,000 dressing. (I like Litehouse the best).
Nutrition per serving: (2 T.) calories = 69, 6g fat (3g sat fat), 18mg cholesterol, 203mg sodium, 1g carbs, trace fiber, 3g protein
