This knock-off recipe tastes very similar to the Boston Market meatloaf. And you don't even have to leave home!
Mix all ingredients together in a mixer with regular beater attachment. Mix until it is thoroughly blended. Place in a loaf pan and bake in a 400F oven for about 1 - 1 1/4 hours or until internal temperature registers 160F internally.
Before baking, you can also add a sweet tomato sauce made by mixing 1/2 cup of ketchup mixed with 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar.
