Russian Tea
Original recipe makes 25
| 1 quartwater |
| 3 stick cinnamon |
| 1 tablespoonwhole cloves |
| 1 canpineapple juice |
| 1 canorange juice; large |
| 6 oranges |
| 4 lemons |
| 1 family sized tea bag |
| 1 1/2 cupssugar |
Russian Tea Preparation
Make tea; Juice lemons and oranges; saving the rinds. Simmer lemon andorange rinds & spices in the quart of water for 10-15 minutes. Mix in tea,juice from oranges and lemons and canned juices. Check for strength andsweetness. If desired add additional water and/or sugar. Heat & serve. Contributor: Anne Grizzle
