Original recipe makes

3 Tablespoonsdry sherry

3 T.rice wine vinegar

3 Tablespoonshoisin sauce

3 T.low-sodium soy sauce

4 teaspoonschili garlic sauce

1 T.brown sugar

1 teaspooncornstarch

1/4 teaspoonsalt

Mix all ingredients in blender. Can be poured directly into the stir-fry

from blender.
