Mexian Corn & Black Bean Salad
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 1 12-oz canCorn kernels |
| 1 12-oz canBlack beans |
| 1/2 Orange bell pepper; diced |
| 3 Green onions; thinly sliced |
| 1/2 cupCilantro; chopped |
| 1 packageGrape tomatoes; halved |
| 2 Limes |
| 2 tablespoonsWhite wine vinegar |
| 1 tablespoonOlive oil |
| Salt and pepper |
| Garlic salt |
Mexian Corn & Black Bean Salad Preparation
Mix all veggies and beans together.
Squeeze juice of 2 limes over the veggies and beans.
Mix vinegar and olive oil and pour over veggies and beans.
