Ingredients

1 12-oz can Black beans
1/2 Orange bell pepper; diced
3 Green onions; thinly sliced
1/2 cup Cilantro; chopped
1 package Grape tomatoes; halved
2 Limes
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt

Original recipe makes 6 Servings

Servings  

Preparation

Mix all veggies and beans together.

Squeeze juice of 2 limes over the veggies and beans.

Mix vinegar and olive oil and pour over veggies and beans.
