4 Apples; large
150 gramsFlour
300 GramsSugar
100 GramsButter
.5 CupRaisins
.5 CupPine nuts
1 CupVin Santo
3 Eggs
1 tbspBaking Powder
2 Lemons
.5 cupMilk
pinchSalt

Torta di Mele Preparation

Macerate the raisins and pine nuts with vin santo for about 1/2 hour

Join the eggs with the sugar and move the mixture quickly with a fork

Join the melted butter, flour, milk, baking powder, skin of the lemon, raisins, pine nuts, and salt.

Spread butter and some flour in a tart pan, put the mixture inside

Put the apples, skinned and cut into thin pieces over.

Cook for about one hour at a medium temperature. Preheat at 200, reduce to 180 when baking
