Eggnog Cream Cheese Frosting

Original recipe makes 30 Servings
1 stickSoftened Cream Cheese
1 stickSoftened Butter
4 tbs.Good Eggnog (Smith's)
1 tsp.Vanilla Extract
2 cupsConfectioner's Sugar

Eggnog Cream Cheese Frosting Preparation

1. Beat cream cheese and butter on medium speed with electric mixer until completely combined and fluffy.

2. Add eggnog by tablespoon.

3. Add vanilla extract

4. Gradually add confectioner's sugar by cup until fully incorporated into cream cheese mixture.

5. Allow frosting to whip on medium-high speed until fluffy with stiff peaks.

Spread or Pipe onto dessert of choice (i.e. Bentley's Gingerbread People)
