| Salad |
| 1 wholehoneydew melon; diced in half inch chunks |
| 3 mediumavocados; diced |
| 5 11 oz.cans of mandarin oranges; drained |
| arils (seeds); from 2 pomegranates |
| Dressing |
| 1/4 cuporange juice |
| 1/8 cuplemon juice |
| 1/8 cupsafflower or sunflower oil |
| 1 tbs.orange zest |
| 1 tsp.sugar or Splenda |
| 1 tsp.nutmeg; freshly ground |
Holiday Fruit Salad Preparation
Combine fruit.
Mix dressing ingredients, pour over fruit, and toss lightly just before serving.
