Original recipe makes 8 Servings
1 cupWalnuts, chopped
1 packageRamen Noodles; Uncooked, broken up - discard flavor packet
4 tablespoonsunsalted butter
1 bunchBroccoli; coarsely chopped
4 stemsGreen Onions
1 CupVegetable Oil
1 CupSugar
1/2 CupWhite Wine Vinegar
3 TeaspoonsSoy Sauce
To Taste To TasteSalt and Pepper
1 headRomaine Lettuce; Washed and Broken into Pieces

Crunchy Romaine Toss Salad Preparation

Brown Walnuts and noodles in butter; cool on paper towels. Combine noodles and walnuts with broccoli, romaine and onions. Serve with Sweet and Sour Dressing.

Sweet and Sour Dressing: Blend Oil, Sugar, Vinegar, Soy Sauce and Salt and Pepper.
