| 1 packageRamen Noodles; Uncooked, broken up - discard flavor packet |
| 4 tablespoonsunsalted butter |
| 1 bunchBroccoli; coarsely chopped |
| 4 stemsGreen Onions |
| 1 CupVegetable Oil |
| 1 CupSugar |
| 1/2 CupWhite Wine Vinegar |
| 3 TeaspoonsSoy Sauce |
| To Taste To TasteSalt and Pepper |
| 1 headRomaine Lettuce; Washed and Broken into Pieces |
Crunchy Romaine Toss Salad Preparation
Brown Walnuts and noodles in butter; cool on paper towels. Combine noodles and walnuts with broccoli, romaine and onions. Serve with Sweet and Sour Dressing.
Sweet and Sour Dressing: Blend Oil, Sugar, Vinegar, Soy Sauce and Salt and Pepper.
