Crunchy Romaine Toss Salad
|1 cupWalnuts, chopped|
|1 packageRamen Noodles; Uncooked, broken up - discard flavor packet|
|4 tablespoonsunsalted butter|
|1 bunchBroccoli; coarsely chopped|
|4 stemsGreen Onions|
|1 CupVegetable Oil|
|1/2 CupWhite Wine Vinegar|
|3 TeaspoonsSoy Sauce|
|To Taste To TasteSalt and Pepper|
|1 headRomaine Lettuce; Washed and Broken into Pieces|
Crunchy Romaine Toss Salad Preparation
Brown Walnuts and noodles in butter; cool on paper towels. Combine noodles and walnuts with broccoli, romaine and onions. Serve with Sweet and Sour Dressing.
Sweet and Sour Dressing: Blend Oil, Sugar, Vinegar, Soy Sauce and Salt and Pepper.
