Apricot, Chestnut, sage stuffing
Score each chestnut on the flat side with an X and place in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove and shell.
Melt some butter in a pan and saute the onions until soft. Place in a medium bowl. Add crumbled chestnuts, sausage meat and all the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly using your hands. Stuff the turkey or goose and cook inside the cavity of the bird until the bird is done.
