Oriental Cole Slaw
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 1 packageCole slaw mx |
| 1 bunchGreen onion; chopped |
| 1 packageRaman noodles; oriental flavor |
| 1/2 cupSunflower kernels |
| 1/2 cupSlivered almonds |
| 1/2 cupOlive oil |
| 1/4 cupCider Vinegar |
| 1/4 cupSugar |
Oriental Cole Slaw Preparation
Break Raman noodles into small pieces. Mix together cole slaw mix, onion, noodle pieces, sunflower kernels and slivered almonds. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and flavor packet from Raman noodles. Pour this dressing over the dry ingredients at the last minute.
Notes
If you're taking this to a potluck, carry dressing in separate container. The salad will start to loose it's crunch once the dressing is on.
