2 poundsFrozen hash browns
1 stickMargarine; melted
1 teaspoonSalt
1/2 teaspoonPepper
1/4 cupOnion; chopped
1 canCream of Chicken Soup
8 ouncesSour cream
2 cupsCheddar; shredded

2 cupsCorn flakes
1/4 cupMargarine; melted

Hashbrown Casserole Preparation

Mix all casserole ingredients together and put in greased dish. Allow to sit for 12 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.

Stir corn flakes and melted margarine together and spread over the top of the casserole. Bake about 45 minutes at 350.

Notes

This recipe requires overnight refrigeration. Plan accordingly.
