Original recipe makes 8

1 lbSundried tomatoes; packed in oil, with 1/4 cup oil from jar

1 lbFeta cheese; crumbled

2 bnCilantro; or parsley, coarsley chopped

8 ozAngel hair pasta

Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta till al dente, the drain and toss with sauce.

Serve warm or cold.
