Pumpkin Bread

| 3 cupsSugar |
| 1 cupVegetable Oil |
| 4 Eggs |
| 1.5 tspSalt |
| 1 tspCinnamon |
| 1 tspNutmeg |
| 2/3 cupWater |
| 2 cupscanned Pumpkin |
| 3 1/3 cupsFlour |
| 2 tspBaking Soda |
Pumpkin Bread Preparation
Grease 3 loaf pans and set aside.
Using the low speed of your mixer, mix together oil and sugar. Stir in eggs to combine. Mix in rest of ingredients
Pour mixture into loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. (Check after 50 minutes)
Notes
I use Olive oil instead of Wesson oil but I do not use first cold pressed extra virgin as it is too strong for this recipe.
