|4 cupscubed boneless skinless rotisserie; chicken|
|1 cupdiced celery|
|1/3 cupchopped walnuts; toasted|
|1 poundfocaccia or baguette; ; sliced and toasted|
|1 12-oz. bottle roasted red peppers|
|10 lettuce leaves|
Pesto Chicken Salad Sandwiches (7 Pts Preparation
Combine first 6 ingredients (through black pepper) in a large bowl,
stirring with a whisk. Stir in chicken, celery and walnuts.
Spread 1/2 cup salad on a bread slice. Top each serving with about 2
