Smoked Salmon Mousse
Ingredients

| 1/2 poundsmoked salmon |
| 1/2 poundcream cheese |
| 1/3 cupscallions; chopped |
| 1/4 cupdill; finely chopped |
| 1 lemon juice from 1 lemon |
| tabasco sauce; to taste |
| white pepper; to taste |
| buttered toast |
| 1 bottlecapers; drained |
Smoked Salmon Mousse Preparation
In a food processor or blender combine the first seven ingrediens until very smooth. Pour the mixture into a serving dish. Smooth the top and chill 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with the buttered toast, chopped onion and drained capers on the side. Makes about 4 cups.
