These taste pretty close to Red Lobster's!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, using a pastry cutter or large fork, cut cold butter into the Bisquick until mixture is the consistency of peas. Gently mix in the cheese and garlic powder, then stir in milk by hand, just until combined (do not over mix).
Drop approximately 1/4-cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop or large spoon. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits are light brown.
Combine melted butter, parsley flakes, and garlic salt. When you remove biscuits from the oven, use a brush to spread butter mixture over the tops of all the biscuits while hot. Biscuits are best when served immediately while hot.
