7.6 ouncescheesy Mexican rice
24 ouncechicken tamales; frozen
15 ouncechili with beans
1 cuppepper jack cheese; shredded
1/4 cupsalsa verde
1 cuplettuce; shredded
3 tablespoonsgreen onion

Sandra Lee's Tamale Pie Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Spray 1 9-inch pie plate with Pam. Prepare rice according to package directions. Prepare tamales according to package directions. Layer rice, tamales, chili, and cheese in prepared plate. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Top with salsa, shredded lettuce and green onion.
