| 1 cuptomato sauce |
| 1/2 cupvinegar |
| 1/4 cuphoney |
| 1/2 cupsoy sauce |
| 1/2 cupbrown sugar |
| 1 clovegarlic |
| 1/2 teaspoonground ginger |
Spare ribs marinade Preparation
Mix all ingredients to make the marinade.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Pour over ribs and bake for 1 hour.
Notes
This is a set and forget recipe for melt in your mouth ribs. Obviously just a sometimes food as it is high in fat and sugar. This was given to me by Gwen to whom I will always be grateful.
